Welcome Ceremony for HMS Prince of Wales
On August 28, the Prince of Wales docked at Tokyo Port. 🚢✨✨
I participated in the welcoming ceremony and formal proceedings with members of the Tokyo Suikokai.
It was wonderful to see Yokosuka District Commander Tomohiko Mado again after so long. 🌻✨

On August 30th, a match between the British Navy and a local rugby team was held at the YC&AC in Yamate, Yokohama. The British Navy team won with a score of 26 to 5.
We hope that all of you who protect the lives of our nation and its people will create wonderful memories in Japan.
