Izumi-zuka Neighborhood Association Bicycle Safety and Traffic Rules Workshop

On August 24th, a bicycle traffic rules workshop was held at the Izumizuka Neighborhood Association, with Mr. Akiaki Sato of Hino Cycle serving as the instructor.

Amendments to the Road Traffic Act concerning bicycles are being made frequently, and regulations will become even stricter starting next April.

Therefore, while neighborhood associations voluntarily hold workshops on their own, these efforts have not reached everyone.

As a city council member, I will work to ensure all citizens gain the knowledge of traffic laws necessary to protect their lives.
