Smile Smile Children’s Cafeteria

On August 8th, I visited the children’s cafeteria for an inspection.

This children’s cafeteria held at the nursery school was also an event that doubled as a fun nursery school activity, creating a space where parents and children could enjoy themselves together.
Additionally, with the cooperation of the nursery school’s nutritionist, I was impressed by the colorful and delicious meals.

However, I truly felt the potential of children’s cafeterias is limitless.
They can also become a place where elderly individuals living alone can walk comfortably and enjoy meals while laughing with children.
Furthermore, they hold the potential to become a place of relief for parents raising children alone while caring for them at home.
With neighborhood association functions now weakening, we pray these cafeterias will become new spaces for community interaction and will work to establish a support system.
