General Question Briefing: Creating a Hino that Brings Happiness, Realizing Continuity and Future

With this title, I look back on my journey with municipal government over my four-year term.

For the eleven items of general questioning, though the photo is cropped, around thirty staff members gathered and participated in the discussions.

Entrusted by the citizens and sent to municipal government, I have responded to the voices shared with me as a city council member.

First, I express my gratitude to all the citizens who gave me this work and supported me.

I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to all city employees.

The realization of policies was possible because city employees sincerely listened, learned together, and took ownership of the work.
