A powerful rock band heated up the venue, art adorned the former Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Sericulture Research Station, and a small, charming shop nestled within the forest.
I tend to associate art with music, but I pledge to work with citizens and relevant departments to realize the “(Provisional Title) Basic Ordinance on Culture and the Arts” or “(Provisional Title) Basic Plan for Culture and the Arts,” ensuring Hino City becomes a place where diverse arts and culture resonate and shine.
